Product Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing existing B2C and B2B products, finalizing and launching new functionality
• Participation in the launch of new products: discovers, UX development, support of the product development process.
• Creation of documentation: writing PRDs, description of business processes for developed functions
• Setting tasks for development teams, participating in grooming, controlling the timing and quality of releases

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Manager
• Experience launching features from idea to release
• Skills in writing clear and understandable product documentation
• Skill in independently prioritizing and proving their importance
• Skills in hypothesis generation and testing
• Confident working with data and metrics
• Ability to make data-driven decisions
• Understanding of web application architecture
• Ability to assess technical complexity of tasks
• Understanding of user experience design principles
• Knowledge of English not lower than Intermediate

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Experience working in fintech projects
• Hands-on experience in design and A/B testing
