About us

We are an early-stage startup (Seed Completed) in Crypto / AI that aims to monetize scientific research, datasets and other kinds of IP through marketplaces tailored to AI companies that seek to acquire quality data for training. Our platform offers ways to participate in the AI economy without compromising the data, keeping it private (hence PrivateAI). All our co-founders have previously founded and exited crypto startups, including Ambrosus ($250m exit) and our CTO was Team Lead in Fantom ($8B market cap reached).

‍Requirements for candidate:
‍The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple legal and administrative processes in an early-stage startup environment from start to finish. Be prepared for a chaotic, unpredictable, non-linear environment with unconventional tasks and problems. You need to be a self-starter and able to work in a dynamic, crazy environment of crypto and AI.

Please note, this is a remote position (fixed contract), with no office provided. Company is located offshore. We do not offer VISA sponsorship or relocation assistance.

‍Specific responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, analyzing and negotiating various contracts
• Understanding of how various jurisdictions work, their risks and benefits
• Ability to weigh legal vs commercial considerations
• Negotiating with counterparties, verifying their documentation, etc.

We need an ability to be mobile and responsive and never say to any task "this is a job for another person".

Qualifications:‍

• 5+ years of demonstrated legal experience in tech business development (tech sales, presales marketing, fundraising) or operations supporting these activities
• Thorough understanding of English law and ability to use it for global contracts between various jurisdictions
• Strong passion about new technologies, in particular crypto and AI
• Strong communication skills
• Perfect English is a must
• Experience working with a team in a non-corporate environment. We do NOT have various standard corporate processes in place!
