We're presently expanding our multinational team and seeking a Product Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing product marketing activities
• Defining the Ideal Customer Profile and Jobs To Be Done
• Analyzing the competitive landscape
• Creating product materials for customers and sales managers
• Planning marketing campaigns and briefs for social media
• Collaborating within cross-functional teams on identifying bottlenecks in marketing and sales
• Leading webinars and speaking at events

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven success in product marketing, with expertise in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
• Experience in B2B product development, with deep understanding of business sales challenges/opportunities
• Strong Communication and Public Speaking Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian at C1 level
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams to drive alignment and achieve shared objectives
• Strong analytical skills: gather, interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
