WeGoTrip is an international online service where guides, museums, and local experts create in-app audio tours for thousands of travelers worldwide. The travelers get tours compiled by professional guides and local experts using the mobile application.

What you'll do

• Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities;
• Coordinate marketing efforts with the company’s financial and branding goals;
• Develop, implement and oversee marketing and advertise campaigns;
• Measure, review and improve the performance and success of marketing campaigns;
• Establish marketing goals and objectives and develop and manage the marketing budget;
• Сonduct analyses of marketing activities;
• Ensure the marketing area by testing new growth hypotheses;
• Identify and monitor the marketing department's OKRs and KPIs;
• Stay up to date with the latest marketing innovations, technologies and techniques;
• Hire, train and mentor the marketing team, and participate in onboarding and offboarding.

What you'll bring

• At least 5+ years prior experience in Business Development, Marketing; experience within travel industry will be a plus;
• B2C sales experience and experience in mobile apps marketing;
• Proven experience in creating successful marketing plans and processes;
• Proven experience in creating successful marketing team;
• A broad understanding of brand development;
• Experience within leadership positions leading global teams;
• English at C1 (advanced) level: written and oral skills;
• Exceptional communication skills;
• Analytical mindset, strategic and critical thinking;
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
