RESPONSIBILITIES

Current regular tasks:

1. Execution of supply program for manufacturing plants
2. Organization of goods movement
3. Support of strategic relationships with key suppliers.

Strategic tasks:
1. Reorganization of the supply system and Supply chain.

2. Increasing efficiency of procurement and goods movement.

3. Implementation of automation for supply chain and goods movement processes at all levels

JOB CONDITIONS

• Fixed-term employment contract for 2 years with possible prolongation
• 5-day work week from 8:00 to 17:00

• Company location: South Africa - 50% of working hours, Democratic Republic of Congo - 50% of working hours

• Coverage of 2 flights per year for a family
• Medical insurance (EMERGENCY)

​​​​​​​CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS​​​​​​​

• Higher education in the field of Engineering and/or Supply Chain / Finance / Management
• Language skills: Russian - C1+; English - C1+; French - any level (will be an additional advantage)
• 10 years of experience in executive positions in following areas:
  • supply chain or procurement responsible for all functional areas of the supply chain (mandatory);
  • in manufacturing or mining industry (advantage);
  • international company, branch/representative office in Africa (Advantage​​​​​​​)/
