Searchinform is looking for a Sales Executive to join the team.

We are looking for an experienced professional (more than 3 years) preferably with an existing background from within the IT. Demonstrated experience within sales and business development is required.

The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth. The Sales Executive will work closely with marketing teams to develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential client organizations.
  • Develop opportunities and relations with end users/customers
  • Develop relationships with key partners for the growth of our products within their markets
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and results.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of outbound calling to generate new demand for the channel and sales organization to pursue
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Requirements:

  • Work experience in the IT sector (hardware or software)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in solution sales, preferably in Inside Sales in a corporate environment (B2B)
  • Experience in customer and partner search in the region
  • High level of outbound calling to generate new demand for the channel and sales organization to pursue
  • Previous sales or customer service experience
  • Understanding of corporate sales principles and knowledge of Malaysia market and the region as a whole
  • English and Russian language is required, Malay is suitable
