Sage Business Administrator (Sage ERP X3 System) Mexico

What You'll Do:

The main focus for this role is to support users to follow plant guides, workflows and processes through proper methodology of Sage deployment and operations. To support methodology, business administrator works with corporate Sage project management and external Sage support.

It is highly desirable that the applicant has at least 2 years’ experience in SAGE administration, but we are willing to entertain candidates that have the same or higher/broader experience with other ERP systems in a similar Mexican manufacturing and import/export controls environment.

Essential functions:

• Sage ERP X3 support at business administration and user application levels.
• Support users in defining their operational requirements and determining solutions
• Manage Sage X3 user access & security
• Perform modifications to Sage screens and interfaces as operationally necessary
• Maintain common catalogs in the system
• Maintain up-to-date system documentation
• Help desk monitoring and support

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years’ hands on experience in ERP systems functional implementation and operational support. Working experience with Sage X3 system is highly desirable.
• Practical knowledge of business administration of ERP suite functionalities. Functional knowledge of the Sage X3 system is highly desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting skills (application and web services, operating system, database, integration levels)
• Manufacturing or field service and financial experience are highly desirable
• Strong bi-lingual (Spanish and English) communications skills are essential.
