We are looking for a Senior Lawyer to join our dynamic team.

Your main tasks will be:

Legal support of European, US and foreign companies;
Incorporation, reorganization and liquidation of companies in Malta, Latvia, USA, Cyprus, Singapore, etc.;
Registration of non-resident employees (residence permit);
Legal support of M&A and R&D projects;
Personal TM registration;
Personal opening of an account in a financial institution.

We expect from you:

IP law (Trademark\copyright\patent registration in the US, EU and etc.);
Understanding international business and its needs;
Consumer and Data protection experience;
Fluent English and Russian;
Knowledge of European law/experience with European projects is necessary;
Knowledge of American law/experience with the United States projects is desirable;
Multitasking and ability to prioritize them;
The desire to develop yourself and the desire to find solutions for extraordinary situations.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
