IT support engineer

Our IT Department is growing and the Remote IT Support Team needs a new member - Junior specialist with a high level of English speaking skills, willing to start his career in the international IT Support.

What will you do:

• Provide technical support to our foreign clients within SLA (OTRS based ticket system, three lines of support);
• Perform Network Monitoring and deeply troubleshoot;
• Learn new things daily and implement the knowledge in cloud and hosting services such as Office 365, Mimecast; PBX systems such as Avaya, Asterisk; backup solutions (Veaam, Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud); desktop Microsoft, Apple OS, server Microsoft OS, virtualization systems, network devices (HP, Cisco, FortiGate, SonicWall etc.), virtualization (HyperV, ESXI).
