Business Analyst

Andersen is hiring a Business Analyst to support the development of a fintech platform integrating smart payments, cards, transfers, and AI features within a secure, scalable architecture.

The customer is a consulting company offering a wide range of professional services, including financial advisory, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency solutions. Specializing in accounting, tax management, and governance frameworks, the company provides tailored support to businesses across various industries. With expertise in strategic decision-making, business formation, and internal audit, the customer helps organizations streamline financial processes, ensure compliance, and foster sustainable growth.

The project is focused on developing a large-scale fintech platform that integrates smart payments, multi-account cards, transfers, and an AI assistant through a centralized payment orchestrator. The solution emphasizes secure, scalable architecture, and streamlined financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Leading requirements elicitation workshops with stakeholders.
• Authoring the Vision & Scope Document and Software Requirements Specification (SRS).
• Creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining the user story map.
• Creating BPMN diagrams for critical business scenarios
• Maintaining the Roles & Permissions Matrix.
• Facilitating prioritization and scope definition for MVP and subsequent releases.
• Acting as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team.

Must-haves:

• Experience in business analysis for 5+ years, with a focus on fintech, digital banking, or payment platforms.
• Experience in leading workshops, interviewing stakeholders, and uncovering implicit business rules.
• Experience in creating Vision & Scope documents, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with BPMN or UML for modeling business processes and workflows.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with payments, Open Banking, or financial intelligence domains is highly desirable.
