Responsibilities:

Student Application Management:

• Assist students in completing application forms for universities and colleges abroad.
• Provide guidance on required documents, essays, and other application components.
• Ensure timely submission of applications to meet deadlines.

Visa Assistance:

• Guide students through the visa application process, including document preparation and interview readiness.
• Stay updated on visa regulations and requirements for various countries.
• Collaborate with embassies and consulates to facilitate smooth visa processing.

Lead Follow-Up:

• Respond to inquiries from prospective students via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct follow-up communications to nurture leads and convert inquiries into applications.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build strong relationships with partner universities, colleges, and other stakeholders.
• Provide excellent customer service to students and their families throughout the entire application process.
