We are launching a new service called AI Search Optimization (AISO) designed to help companies become visible in AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.
We are looking for a curious, analytical, and highly motivated strategist who wants to help us build this service line from the ground up.
This role combines SEO, AI research, and content strategy.
The ideal candidate is excited about experimenting, testing, and discovering how AI systems retrieve and cite information online.
Responsibilities
Research and experiment with how AI search systems retrieve and cite information.
Develop frameworks to help businesses appear in AI-generated answers.
Design AI-optimized content structures, including:
entity pages
structured Q&A
semantic topic clusters
authoritative knowledge hubs
Analyze AI search results and citation patterns.
Collaborate with content writers and video creators to produce AI-optimized content.
Test discoverability using AI tools and experimental search platforms.
Develop internal processes and documentation for scalable AI search strategies.
Help define and refine CONTENU's AI Search Optimization service offering.
Ideal Candidate
Strong understanding of SEO and search engine behavior.
Curiosity about AI models, retrieval systems, and information architecture.
Experience with structured content and semantic search strategies.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Fluent English communication.
Comfortable working in a startup-style environment where experimentation is encouraged.
