Andersen is hiring an AI Engineer to build Copilot-based agents that enhance the SDLC, automating test generation, analysis, and reporting for a digital banking platform.
The customer is a mobile-only digital bank offering modern financial services through an app-based experience. The organization provides features such as virtual cards, multi-currency accounts, savings tools, and goal-based financial planning, along with innovative products that support personal and group savings. The project focuses on developing and implementing AI-powered agents to enhance the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), with a particular emphasis on Quality Engineering and test automation. The solution includes building Copilot-based agents that support activities such as automated test generation, analysis of testing results, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, building, and configuring AI agents in Copilot Studio, including defining roles, guardrails, prompt libraries, memory boundaries, workflows, and validation steps.
- Developing and maintaining structured prompt libraries for AI agents supporting tasks across the SDLC.
- Designing and implementing workflows for AI-driven test generation, analysis, and reporting.
- Integrating AI agents with enterprise tools, including collaboration platforms, issue tracking systems, test management systems, and test automation frameworks.
- Implementing AI observability practices, including usage tracking, cost monitoring, and output quality evaluation.
- Establishing and monitoring controls for hallucinations, safety risks, and potential data leakage issues.
- Defining and maintaining guardrails to ensure reliable, secure, and compliant AI behavior.
- Optimizing prompts, workflows, and agent logic to improve accuracy, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Collecting feedback from QA and engineering teams and implementing continuous tuning and improvement cycles.
- Supporting the evolution of AI-augmented QA processes, including automated test creation, defect triage, reporting, and coverage expansion.
- Collaborating with QA Leads, Automation Engineers, and project stakeholders to align AI capabilities with the QA operating model.
- Supporting onboarding and enablement of teams adopting AI agents.
- Documenting agent behavior, integration patterns, and usage guidelines.
Must-haves:
- Experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or similar role for 3+ years.
- Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or similar AI orchestration platforms.
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, QA methodologies, and test automation workflows.
- Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise tools (e.g., issue tracking systems, test management systems, CI/CD tools).
- Understanding software architecture, APIs, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of responsible AI principles, hallucination mitigation techniques, and model evaluation approaches.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with mobile or API test automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Selenium, REST API tools).
- Background in QA Automation or DevOps.
- Experience designing AI guardrails, memory strategies, and multi-step agent workflows.
- Familiarity with dashboards or tools for usage and cost analytics.
