Finance Director (CFO) CIS

Functional tasks of the role:

• Own financial planning & execution, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting-ensuring accuracy, transparency and actionable insights;
• Drive business performance through expert financial leadership, delivering data-driven insights to deliver the targets. Proactively identify risks, root causes, and corrective actions to close gaps;
• Accountable for full P&L performance (Revenue to Operating Income, Capex, and Inventory), rigorously analyzing results and challenging business decisions to maximize profitability;
• Provide strategic leadership, direction, and management to the CIS finance team;
• Lead CIS-wide performance initiatives, optimizing Topline growth, Operations efficiency;
• Provide expert guidance on long-term business and financial planning to drive sustainable growth.

What we expect?

• Higher education in finance, economics, accounting or management;
• Experience in a similar position from 3 years, preferably in international companies;
• Experience in working with global teams and understanding of international financial standards;
• English - Advanced level;
• Experience in developing strategic business plans and financial models;
• Experience in organizing and leading financial teams;
• Experience in transforming business processes and implementing changes.
