Andersen is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to build scalable AI solutions for an enterprise digital platform, enhancing automation, predictive insights, and data-driven decision-making across complex workflows.

The customer is a global technology company delivering enterprise digital platforms for automating complex operational, financial, and compliance workflows. Its solutions handle high data volumes, integrate with multiple external systems, and support mission-critical processes for international businesses, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and automation.

The project is focused on embedding AI-driven capabilities across a digital platform to improve operational efficiency, predictive insights, and decision-making. It involves designing and delivering scalable, production-grade AI solutions while closely collaborating with product, backend, and data teams to ensure measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

Converting manual processes to fully automated processes.
Partially automating processes when full automation is not achievable.
Helping improve efficiency for both the operations team and customers.
Reducing the amount of manual (especially repetitive) work mainly for the operations team.
Predicting answers to questions based on an existing historical knowledge base.
Predicting costs based on historical knowledge.
Chat bot style task automation.

Must-haves:

Experience in Data Science, AI or other relevant fields for 8+ years.
Experience with LLMs and building AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLM orchestration.
Knowledge of AI agent design patterns: reasoning, planning, tool use, and memory management.
Proven experience designing, training, and deploying ML models in production environments.
Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Strong coding skills in languages such as Python.
Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure is the preference, AWS, Google Cloud) for deploying AI models.
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
Ability to design and implement AI-driven solutions.
Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Nice-to-haves:

Programming experience in Java.
Understanding of ML fundamentals and MLOps practices: model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines.
Strong skills in Python application architecuture for production deployments, mono repos, uv, microservices, frameworks such as gunicorn & FastAPI.
Strong LLM/DevOps.
Strong skills in infrastructure as code specifically in Azure environment and BICEP.
Automated production grade deployments of AI/LLM models.
Production grade architecture of cloud-based solution.
