We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to manage office administration, facility support, and operational coordination on the territory of an automotive plant. In this role, you will oversee office operations, vendor interactions, travel arrangements, and documentation flow, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning across all administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring the technical condition of office furniture, equipment, and household items;
Create and track requests for technical and service maintenance;
Order office supplies (water, stationery, coffee/tea, etc.);
Coordinate cleaning services and communicate with external contractors;
Support sending and receiving documents and correspondence (including courier services);
Assist with booking airline/train tickets and hotel accommodations;
Coordinate service visits (technicians, repair specialists) when required;
Support the management of access passes and SIM card arrangements;
Assist in coordinating contract approvals and tracking payment schedules;
Help organize parking rentals and monitor related payments;
Support housing search and rental arrangements when needed;
Assist in organizing corporate and team events.
Requirements:
Students, graduates, or candidates with little or no work experience are welcome to apply;
Basic organizational and communication skills;
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive;
English proficiency at B1 level or higher is preferred.
