We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Dispatcher to join our Dispatch Department. The Dispatcher plays a key role in ensuring efficient truck utilization, maximizing profitability (Revenue & RPM), and maintaining strong driver relationships. The ideal candidate has solid experience in U.S. freight operations and is able to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and assign loads to ensure maximum truck utilization and minimize driver layovers

• Search and book loads using DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards

• Optimize routes considering HOS regulations, fuel efficiency, and toll minimization

• Focus on revenue growth by increasing RPM and weekly gross profit per truck

• Monitor KPIs such as revenue, RPM, deadhead %, on-time delivery, and utilization

• Maintain strong communication with drivers, providing operational and emotional support

• Coordinate driver schedules and home time planning

• Collaborate with Fleet, Safety, Claims, Update, Accounting, and HR departments

• Communicate with brokers to resolve load-related issues and rate confirmations

• Accurately enter load data into TMS, CRM, and internal systems

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a U.S. Truck Dispatcher

• Strong knowledge of U.S. freight market and dispatch procedures

• Experience working with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)

• Understanding of HOS regulations and compliance standards

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills (English required)

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Proficiency in dispatching software, TMS, and GPS tracking tools
