We are looking for Supply Planning Associate to join our team in Kyrgyzstan.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collect the necessary information for developing the production plan.
• Analyze and prepare short-term and long-term production and shipment plans.
• Ensure timely accounting of finished product output.
• Place timely orders for imported products from Almaty in accordance with the Import Plan.
• Place timely orders for concentrates according to the Production Plan and perform all related operations (preparation for documentation/customs clearance).
• Monitor the submission of Acts of Completed Work (ACW) for transportation of finished products.
• Prepare reports.
• Plan procurement of raw materials and supplies for production planning.
• Prepare and distribute KPI results.
• Maintain documentation in the established format

Qualifications:

• University Graduate (Economics or Engineering degree)
• Minimum 2 years on a similar position, or in planning industry.

Skills and expertise:

• Understanding of production processes
• Ability to work with large volumes of data
• Analytical mindset
• Language skills: English is mandatory – Intermediate and above.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, PBI – advanced)
