To support its rapid growth plans, Geo telemedicine LLC looking for a Performance Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Acquisition
- Manage and scale Meta Ads campaigns
- Launch and optimize Google Ads (Search / Display)
- Improve Cost Per Lead and lead quality
- Build and execute structured testing roadmaps (creatives, offers, landing pages)
- Optimize the full acquisition funnel for the US market
Analytics & Attribution
- Set up and maintain GA4 tracking and conversion events
- Ensure proper attribution across channels
- Build clear reporting dashboards
- Analyze performance data and implement improvements
SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop and execute SEO strategy
- Improve keyword positioning and organic traffic quality
- Optimize landing pages and website structure
- Work on content updates and on-page improvements
Conversion Rate Optimization
- Identify funnel bottlenecks
- Improve landing page conversion rates
- Work with design and development teams to improve UX
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong experience with Meta Ads
- Experience with Google Ads
- Solid understanding of GA4 and attribution
- Proven track record of improving CPL and conversion rates
- Working knowledge of SEO (technical + content)
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- English Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Ability to work from Tbilisi office

- Experience managing medium-to-large advertising budgets
