Our creative team ships lots of iterations, learns from data, and constantly improves similar pace and mindset to top AI-creative startups.
Create high-converting short video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other paid channels.
Animate storyboards and scripts: timing, rhythm, visual accents, hooks, pacing.
Combine design elements into polished videos: compositing, typography, transitions, UI overlays, product demos.
Produce AI-generated visuals and footage (images/video/audio) using the best tool for the task (e.g., Midjourney / Higgsfield / Veo etc.).
Rapidly iterate creatives based on performance data (CTR, CVR, CPA) together with UA / Creative Strategists.
Adapt creatives for different markets: localization, swapping text/visuals, cultural nuances.
Build and maintain reusable templates for fast production (AE templates, motion systems, asset libraries).
Research competitors and trends; bring fresh concepts and formats to weekly brainstorming.
2+ years in Motion Design with a strong focus on performance marketing creatives (mobile apps is a big plus).
Confident in Adobe After Effects (must-have) + Photoshop/Illustrator (or equivalents).
Strong sense of composition, typography, timing, and storytelling in 6–30 sec ads.
Hands-on experience creating content with AI tools (image/video generation, upscaling, inpainting/outpainting, style consistency, prompt workflows).
Ability to balance quality and speed: you can ship variants fast without losing taste.
Portfolio with ad creatives (please include links + results if you can).
Basic 3D skills (Blender/C4D) or experience with 3D plugins in AE.
Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro / DaVinci; color correction and sound basics.
Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and structured iteration (hooks, angles, messaging ladders).
Experience with mobile UI animation / app guidelines (iOS/Android).
A product + growth team where creative is a core lever, not an “afterthought.”
High ownership: you’ll influence both the creative direction and the results.
Fast feedback loops: concept → production → launch → data → iteration.
