Lead the design and implementation of robust and scalable IT architectures for DHMU's digital health projects, ensuring alignment with overall goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into architectural specifications.
Implement best practices for continuous integration and deployment within the architectural framework.
Establish and maintain architectural principles, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency, interoperability, and adherence to industry best practices across all IT systems and projects.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of architectural standards to incorporate new technologies and methodologies.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools, staying abreast of emerging trends in healthcare IT.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential architectural risks and challenges.
Ensure architectural designs comply with relevant regulations and standards in healthcare, such as HIPAA, FHIR, etc.
Develop and implement a risk management framework that includes assessment and monitoring processes.
Effectively communicate architectural decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and foster collaboration in the design process.
Prepare and present architectural documents, project updates, and proposals to senior management and other stakeholders.
Monitor and optimize the performance of IT systems and infrastructure.
Implement metrics and KPIs to track system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Design systems for scalability, ensuring they can handle increased load and usage over time.
