Technical Support Specialist

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our office team in Yerevan.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and willingness to work with people;

• A comprehensive approach to problem-solving, responsibility, and punctuality;

• Mandatory experience in technical support of at least 1 year;

• High level of computer literacy;

• Fluent Russian language.

Responsibilities

• Handling chats and calls;

• Providing technical consultations to both clients and colleagues from other departments;

• Escalating bug reports and feature requests to the second-line support team.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS;

• Experience working in large companies.

Working Conditions

• Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of Armenia;
