We are currently seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a flagship real estate development project based in Limassol. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale developments from concept to completion. The CEO will report directly to the Board and will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of the project—ensuring its commercial, operational, and financial success.

About the Project

Our €500M+ mixed-use development is unlike anything in the Mediterranean. Think:

• 70,000 m² of high-end residential space
• A 350-meter private park
• Over 1,000 underground parking spots
• All in a once-in-a-lifetime coastal location

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision & Execution
  Define and implement the overall vision, mission, and strategic direction of the project. Align all phases—from acquisition and planning to delivery and handover—with the company’s long-term growth goals.
• Executive Leadership
  Provide top-level leadership and coordination across development, construction, finance, legal, marketing, and operations. Build and lead high-performing teams and partners to ensure success at every stage.
• Project Lifecycle Oversight
  Manage the project from inception through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are not only met—but exceeded.
• Financial Leadership
  Oversee the financial strategy and performance of the project. Secure funding, manage budgets, control costs, and ensure strong returns on investment.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  Serve as the face of the project to key stakeholders including investors, government authorities, strategic partners, and the public. Build trusted relationships that support long-term success.
• Compliance & Risk Management
  Ensure adherence to legal, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Proactively identify and manage project risks.
• Sales & Market Positioning
  Define and drive the project’s go-to-market strategy, working closely with sales and marketing to position the development as a premium, in-demand destination.
• Reporting & Governance
  Report regularly to the board and bbf: Global leadership. Ensure transparency, accountability, and sound governance throughout the project.

Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of senior executive experience in real estate development, including leadership of large-scale mixed-use or high-end residential projects.
• Strong commercial, strategic, and financial leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase developments with diverse stakeholder involvement.
• Deep knowledge of development regulations and processes in Cyprus or similar markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially with investors, public authorities, and high-level partners.
