Recruitment Specialist in Dubai

We are a Dubai-based recruitment agency working with a diverse portfolio of clients across real estate development, corporate services, consulting, and oil and gas sectors.

We are currently looking for an experienced Russian-speaking Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of agency recruitment experience and understands the dynamics of the UAE market.

This is a full-cycle recruitment role with strong growth and earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle from client briefing to offer stage
• Conducting client intake meetings and defining hiring strategies
• Headhunting and sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
• Interviewing, assessing, and shortlisting candidates
• Managing interview coordination and offer negotiations
• Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Business development activities

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in an agency environment
• English – professional working proficiency
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and active sourcing
• Experience working in the Dubai/UAE market is highly preferred
• Commercial mindset with interest in business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
