A specialist responsible for ensuring stable and efficient operation of production equipment at all stages - from installation and commissioning to performance optimization and downtime reduction. This role requires a high level of technical accountability and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate installation and commissioning of production equipment
- Supervise contractors and review technical documentation
- Participate in equipment acceptance and final testing
- Analyze equipment failures and conduct Root Cause Analysis
- Plan and organize preventive maintenance activities
- Manage spare parts and consumables inventory
- Analyze downtime and production deviations
- Develop and implement solutions to improve equipment reliability and reduce defects
- Implement and maintain 5S standards in production areas
- Participate in projects aimed at improving efficiency, quality, and safety
- Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with Production, SCM, Finance, HR, IT, HSE, Quality, and Engineering departments
- Ensure compliance with industrial, fire, and sanitary safety regulations, as well as internal company standards
Requirements:
- Higher technical education
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in equipment operation, maintenance, or commissioning
- Strong troubleshooting and technical deviation analysis skills
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- Systematic thinking, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a dynamic production environment
