English Headteacher at Private School

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and inspire a team of English language teachers to ensure the delivery of high-quality education;

• Review, develop, and oversee the implementation of the English curriculum and syllabi;

• Conduct regular lesson observations and provide constructive, actionable feedback to teachers;

• Organize and facilitate continuous professional development (CPD) sessions and workshops for the teaching staff;

• Oversee the assessment and grading system (mid-term and final exams) and analyze student performance data to improve teaching strategies;

• Actively participate in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process of new teaching staff.

Requirements (Strict):

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Philology, Education, Linguistics, or a related field;

• Proven high level of English proficiency (IELTS 7.5+ or equivalent CEFR C1/C2 certification);

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an educational leadership role (e.g., Head of Department, Senior Teacher, or Academic Manager);

• In-depth knowledge of modern teaching methodologies (Communicative Approach, ESL/EFL) and international educational standards;

• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills;

• A proactive mindset with a strong orientation towards achieving academic excellence.
