Lawyer

Responsibilities:

• legal support for all departments in Kazakhstan and general legal support for other CIS countries (Central Asia & Caucasus)
• development and adaptation of local regulations on the basis of Global/regional
• drafting and legal examination of contracts, drafting protocols of disagreements
• preparation of legal opinions, reviews of changes in the legislation
• secretarial corporate topics
• representing the company's interests in pre-trial negotiations and in litigations, if needed
• providing legal advising for colleagues from other departments

Requirements:

• higher legal education
• experience of similar work, preferably in an international company, at least 5 years
• at least upper intermediate level of English, Kazakh & Russian - fluent
• attention to detail, systematic thinking, punctuality and responsibility
