We are looking for a performance-driven SMM specialist who will take ownership of:
Organic social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Paid Ads (Meta & LinkedIn)
Email campaigns & funnels
Community management
This role is focused on strategy, creativity, performance, and results — not on graphic design or full-scale copywriting and content manager with “posting activity”.
We are looking for The Leader who ready to step up into action and take responsibility for performance. We're looking for creative person who want to grow within in year to The Lead or The Head of SMM and CMO in next couple years.
You are responsible for growth and performance — not just posting content.
You will work with designers and copywriters who support your creative production.
This is a results-focused role.
Build and execute SMM organic & paid strategies
Launch and optimize ad and social media campaigns
Manage budgets and improve ROAS, CPL, CAC
Build and optimize funnels
Track KPIs and improve conversion rates
Prepare clear performance reports
Coordinate creatives with design & copy teams
Respond in simple manner to Google reviews and social interactions based on client guidelines
You own strategy, creativity, and performance.
The team supports you and your execution - with copywriting and image editing.
Vanity metrics mindset (likes not equal to results)
Pure content managers without paid ads experience
Basic video editing skills for reels (CupCat, VN, Davinci Resolve, Adobe Affter or Primier Pro - its up to you) - nothing overcomplicated. Blur badge, add sticker, make brighter, cut ugly and boring parts, add text - done.
This is a results-driven role.
We do not track start times, breaks, or micromanage your day. We don't care what you do.
We care about performance and outcomes — at the end of the day, week, month, and year.
Your schedule is flexible, but it must include:
At least 3-4 overlapping hours with NY working time (10 AM – 2 PM NY EST time window) for meetings and communication with clients and US colleagues.
Around 2 hours overlapping with the European team for internal coordination EU colleagues.
The rest of your working hours are fully flexible - and depends only on you.
We evaluate performance — not 24\7 hour presence.
