Senior Affiliate Manager

Licensed project, live since January 2025.

We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager who will take ownership of managing the affiliate network, developing new and existing partners, and overseeing all digital activities of the project.

Employment type: Full-time (5/2)
Location: Serbia (relocation to Serbia possible, office-based format)
Employment: in accordance with the Labor Law of Serbia
Probation period: 3 to 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing current partners and contractors across all digital activities: PPC, In-App, SMM, Influencers, SEO, SERM, etc.

• Attracting new partners: solo media buyers, websites, media buying teams, and agencies under CPA, RevShare, and CPC models.

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing partners, building long-term and effective partnerships.

• Data analysis and traffic performance evaluation using professional tools:

  SEO: Ahrefs, SEMrush, deepci, etc. for analyzing affiliate websites
  Analytics: Google Analytics and similar tools to evaluate traffic and conversions

• Building the core elements of the affiliate program: terms & conditions, policies, technical setup, software, etc.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing (mandatory)

• At least 1.5 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the Serbian market with Serbian traffic

• Own database of verified partners is a strong advantage

• Deep understanding of the gambling vertical, knowledge of key products and major advertisers

• Strong communication and negotiation skills (online and offline)

• English level: B2+

Technical Stack & Tools:

SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, deepci
Analytics: Google Analytics or similar tools
Required software: CRM systems and affiliate tracking platforms
Additional tools (as a plus): Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools
Computer skills: Confident work with digital analytics, databases, and reporting
