Due to business growth, the company is inviting a highly qualified Financial Manager to join its team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Manage cash flow and ensure effective financial controls.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports.
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and internal policies.
- Develop and improve financial processes and reporting systems.
- Coordinate with accounting team and ensure accurate bookkeeping (1C).
- Collaborate with external auditors and consultants.
- Support management in strategic decision-making through financial analysis.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in financial management.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Experience in large or structured companies is preferred.
- Experience in Big4 will be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (preferably 1C).
- Advanced Excel skills.
