Finance Manager

The company specializes in the sale, rental, and service maintenance of construction, agricultural, and special machinery, as well as the implementation of large-scale infrastructure and service projects.

Due to business growth, the company is inviting a highly qualified Financial Manager to join its team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Manage cash flow and ensure effective financial controls.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports.
• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and internal policies.
• Develop and improve financial processes and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with accounting team and ensure accurate bookkeeping (1C).
• Collaborate with external auditors and consultants.
• Support management in strategic decision-making through financial analysis.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in financial management.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Experience in large or structured companies is preferred.
• Experience in Big4 will be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (preferably 1C).
• Advanced Excel skills.
