Senior Key Account Manager (Industrial Automation)

About the Role:
We are seeking more than just a sales manager; we need a strategic partner for the largest industrial giants in Kazakhstan. Your role will involve translating complex technological challenges faced by clients (TCO, NCOC, KPO, KPI) into digital solutions, fostering a culture of data-driven management and autonomous systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term development plans (Account Plans) for key clients aimed at increasing market share and sales volume.
- High-Tech Portfolio Development: Promote advanced process management systems, enterprise performance management solutions, and implement results-oriented service models.
- Relationship Management: Build sustainable partnerships with decision-makers and technical directors on the client side.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company to ensure the quality fulfillment of commitments.
- Market Analysis: Identify promising areas for development within the industrial automation sector and prepare feasibility studies for investment projects.
Candidate Requirements:
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years of successful experience in B2B sales of complex industrial equipment or specialized software for production automation.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of business processes in the oil and gas and metallurgical industries. Ability to justify the economic effectiveness of the implemented solutions.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficient in English (Upper-Intermediate level and above), capable of defending business cases before the board of directors. Knowledge of the Kazakh language will be a significant advantage when working with national companies.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to envision the long-term development potential of accounts over a 3-5 year horizon.
