We are expanding our affiliate department and looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager who knows the iGaming ecosystem inside out and is ready to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
🎯 Your Mission
As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for developing and scaling our affiliate network, increasing revenue, and optimizing performance across multiple GEOs. You will play a key role in business growth and directly impact company profitability.
🔥 Key Responsibilities:-
• 🤝 Manage, develop, and scale a portfolio of affiliate partners in the iGaming vertical
• 📈 Drive revenue growth through CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
• 🧠 Analyze traffic quality, player value, retention metrics, and campaign performance
• 💬 Build long-term, trust-based relationships with affiliates
• 📝 Negotiate commercial terms and optimize deals for maximum ROI
• 🌎 Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates in target GEOs
• 📊 Monitor KPIs (FTDs, NGR, LTV, conversion rates, churn rate)
• 🚀 Launch and optimize campaigns together with marketing and product teams
• 🛡 Ensure compliance with brand standards and industry regulations
• 📅 Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts
✅ Requirements:-
• 🎰 Minimum 3 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming (mandatory)
• 📊 Strong understanding of affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
• 📈 Proven track record of scaling affiliate revenue
• 🌍 Solid knowledge of traffic sources and acquisition channels
• 🤝 Strong negotiation and communication skills
• 🧮 Analytical mindset with ability to work with performance data
• 🌐 Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
• 🗂 Experience working with affiliate platforms and tracking systems

• Existing affiliate network in key GEOs
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements in regulated markets
