Our client is an international financial group developing a large-scale investment platform that provides global access to a wide range of financial instruments. The company is actively expanding across Europe and strengthening its Cyprus team.

They are looking for a proactive, results-oriented Sales & Personal Support Manager to work with prospective and existing clients across Europe, promote investment products, and provide high-quality personalized support. The role requires a combination of financial market knowledge, structured sales execution, and strong client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients to promote the client’s investment products and services

  • Provide personalized client support on trading, account management, and platform usage

  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets through consultative and relationship-driven sales

  • Work closely with the Head of Department to execute sales strategies and client support initiatives

  • Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking in CRM systems

  • Stay current with financial markets, regulatory updates, and product offerings

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in investment or brokerage companies, in Sales or Relationship Management roles

  • Solid understanding of stock markets, trading instruments, and investment principles

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Experience working in KPI-driven, structured sales environments

  • Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability

  • Established professional network in Europe (conferences, business clubs, industry events) is a plus

  • Relevant certifications (CySEC, CFA, or similar) are an advantage
