Our client is an international financial group developing a large-scale investment platform that provides global access to a wide range of financial instruments. The company is actively expanding across Europe and strengthening its Cyprus team.
They are looking for a proactive, results-oriented Sales & Personal Support Manager to work with prospective and existing clients across Europe, promote investment products, and provide high-quality personalized support. The role requires a combination of financial market knowledge, structured sales execution, and strong client communication.
Responsibilities
Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients to promote the client’s investment products and services
Provide personalized client support on trading, account management, and platform usage
Meet and exceed individual sales targets through consultative and relationship-driven sales
Work closely with the Head of Department to execute sales strategies and client support initiatives
Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking in CRM systems
Stay current with financial markets, regulatory updates, and product offerings
Requirements
3+ years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in investment or brokerage companies, in Sales or Relationship Management roles
Solid understanding of stock markets, trading instruments, and investment principles
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Experience working in KPI-driven, structured sales environments
Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Established professional network in Europe (conferences, business clubs, industry events) is a plus
Relevant certifications (CySEC, CFA, or similar) are an advantage
