QA/QC Welding–Piping Inspector

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection and quality control of welding and piping works

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, ITPs, and applicable standards

• Verify welder qualifications, WPS/PQR, materials, and welding consumables

• Conduct incoming and stage-wise inspections

• Monitor and review NDT activities (RT, UT, PT, MT, etc.)

• Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and monitor corrective actions

• Prepare daily and weekly QA/QC reports

• Participate in inspections with Client and Third-Party representatives

• Witness hydrotests and compile final documentation (test packs)

Requirements​​​​​​​ :

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Welding–Piping Inspector

• Strong knowledge of international standards (ASME, API, ISO)

• Experience working with WPS, PQR, and ITP documentation

• Hands-on experience in preparation of NCRs and QA/QC reports

• Valid NDT certifications (preferred)

• Solid understanding of welding processes and piping installation

• English proficiency will be considered an advantage
