Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment: from job profile creation to employee onboarding

• Close cooperation with department heads on hiring and people development needs

• Onboarding and adaptation of new employees, support during probation period

• HR administration and documentation within the area of responsibility

• Participation in development and implementation of HR processes and policies

• Employee performance evaluation and involvement in training and development programs

• Support and development of corporate culture and internal communications

• Labor market analysis and HR reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Specialist

• Knowledge of modern HR tools and recruitment methods

• Understanding of labor legislation

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a multitasking environment

• High level of responsibility, independence, and result orientation

• Experience in manufacturing or chemical industry will be an advantage
