Now we are looking for a Recruiter.

What you will do:

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance

• Partner closely with clients to deeply understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and performance expectations

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top-tier talent

• Proactively build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines

• Conduct thorough screening and behavioral interviews to assess skills, mindset, and cultural alignment

• Present qualified candidates with detailed insights and recommendations

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing

• Proven ability to source, screen, and place candidates successfully

• Results-driven mindset

• English C1
