Business Operations Junior Specialist - IS Department

Your opportunity

Our Business Operations team supports our Audit, Tax & Legal, Financial Advisory and Consulting practitioners with administration and project coordination.

Your role:

• Assist with client and engagement acceptance
• Complete internal risk assessment workflow forms
• Launch client and engagement acceptance processes
• Provide administrative support for current department engagements
• Prepare audit department tender documents and proposals;
• Prepare presentations (design materials)
• Process audit reports - printing; binding; signing and dispatch to the client
• Arrange video and conference calls

Required:

• University degree (linguistics, finance or economics desirable)
• Fluent knowledge of Russian and English (spoken and written)
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills
