Social Media Manager (remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Social Media Manager to manage and execute our organic social media activities for an international brand.

This role requires strong execution, planning discipline, and analytical thinking. The Social Media Manager will work independently within clearly defined objectives, processes, and performance indicators.

This position focuses on organic social media management and does not include paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives
• Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards
• Write clear, professional English captions
• Create visuals using Canva and basic video editing tools
• Manage comments and direct messages in a professional manner
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, audience growth)
• Prepare structured performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Optimize content based on data and results
• Follow established workflows, deadlines, and approval processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Social Media Manager
• Proven experience managing business or brand social media accounts
• Good written English (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of organic social media best practices
• Experience with content planning, scheduling, and analytics
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• High attention to detail and ability to follow processes

Tools & Platforms

• Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
• Design: Canva (or equivalent)
• Analytics: Native platform insights
• Scheduling tools (experience preferred)
