Central Asian University is seeking a dedicated Student Group Supervisor (Tutor) to support students’ academic progress, personal development, and well-being. The role involves mentoring, monitoring academic performance, organizing educational and cultural activities, and fostering a supportive university environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise assigned student groups to ensure their academic progress and well-being.
- Monitor attendance, academic engagement, and overall student welfare.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students facing personal or academic challenges.
- Assist students in improving academic performance and organize support measures for at-risk students.
- Plan and facilitate educational, cultural, and spiritual activities (Ma’naviyat, Ma’rifat).
- Collaborate closely with student leaders, fellow tutors, and the Student Council.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and faculty as needed.
- Support the implementation of student well-being projects and initiatives.
- Prepare and submit regular reports, ensuring smooth coordination with the Student Well-being Department.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Pedagogy, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields.
Proven experience working with students or youth in educational institutions, mentoring, or youth development projects.
Knowledge of attendance monitoring and academic performance tracking methods.
Event and project management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and reporting tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with young people.
Empathy, resilience under stress, and the ability to build trust.
Teamwork and coordination capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supervising student groups or participating in educational projects.
- Fluency in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
- Flexibility and readiness to work in a dynamic university environment.

- Work schedule: 5/7, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
