Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Advertising & e-Commerce Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He/she will be responsible for creating and managing advertising campaigns, conducting market research and data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing and sales strategies. The Advertising Manager will also be responsible for communicating campaign performance to stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (profile: management, marketing, advertising)
English, Russian. Arabic is an advantage.
Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered for this role.
What we expect
- Communicate with printing houses, advertising agencies
- Communicate advertising campaigns with stores
- Develop and coordinate trade marketing activities & events
- Control advertising materials stocks at the stores
- Place orders for promotional materials
- Organize the delivery of advertising materials to the stores within deadlines
- Implement advertising campaigns within deadlines
- Organize bids and tender procedures
- Develop and manage e-com activity (in coordination with e-commerce department of the company)
- Create campaign reports
- Manage document flow
- Create advertising texts in 2 languages (English, Arabic)
- Manage social media with adaptation to local market requirements, working with subscribers (Direct, Comments)
- Process feedback from customers (questions, conflict resolution)
- Competitors monitoring
- Arrange surveys and research among store employees and customers
- Work with advertising analytics (off-line & online)
Qualification requirements:
- Experience in advertising / products promotion and e-commerce from 2 years in international companies including the UAE
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience and high skills in project management (marketing, advertising, e-com)
- Experience with photo and video production, basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Experience in communication with printing houses and advertising agencies
- Experience in organizing promotional events
- Basics doc flow understanding
- Knowledge of IT-projects workflow, experience in marketplaces (Talabat, Careem, etc.)
- Knowledge of unit-economy estimation
- Basic knowledge of operations behind e-commerce realization
- Web analytics indicators understanding
- Knowledge/experience in CJM for e-commerce
- Basics knowledge of advertising legal aspects in UAE
- English language knowledge of not less than С1 (both written & spoken) Arabic is a plus, Russian – not less than B1
