R&D Testing Engineer

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. Possess a certain level of software testing experience, familiarity with testing processes, and methodologies.

3. Ability to understand and analyze required documents, and create detailed test cases.

4. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with development and product teams, conveying test results and issues efficiently.

5. Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues, with a sharp eye for detecting and analyzing system defects.

6. Demonstrated ability for self-directed learning, staying updated on new technologies and methods in the testing domain.

7. Ability to work collaboratively within a team, exhibiting a team spirit and a proactive work attitude.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure preparation and configuration of the testing environment, including software, hardware, and network settings.

2. Run test cases, record and report system performance under different conditions, and identify potential defects.

3. Write detailed test cases based on requirement documents to ensure coverage of system functionalities and scenarios.

5. Discover and report system defects, assisting the development team in tracking and resolving issues.

6. Write test reports, summaries, and other relevant documents to document the testing process and results.

7. Work closely with development and product teams to ensure alignment of testing activities with project timelines.

8. Propose and drive improvements in testing processes and methods to enhance testing quality and efficiency.
