Call Center Operator (English & Russian mandatory)

A successful real estate agency based in the prestigious Dubai Hills area is expanding its team. With over 90 employees on staff, we continue to grow and are looking for proactive, goal-oriented professionals to join our team and handle the initial qualification of client inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Receive and process incoming calls and inquiries from clients.

Consult and communicate with clients in English.

Work with requests in the CRM system — record client information and provide timely follow-up.

Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a call center is mandatory.

Fluent English and Russian (both spoken and written) are required.

Strong communication skills, attentiveness, and ability to handle stressful situations.

Confident computer literacy and familiarity with office software.

Work schedule: 5 days a week (5/2).
