Andersen is hiring an experienced Business Analyst to support claim system integrations, ensuring reliable data exchange, scalability, and compliance for partner platforms in the Asian market.
The customer is a large organization operating in a complex environment and supporting long-term initiatives through structured processes. It emphasizes dependable operations, gradual improvement, and the use of contemporary tools to manage activities and support ongoing development.
The project is focused on developing and enhancing a claim system integration for partners in the Asian market, enabling seamless data exchange between internal platforms and external partner systems. The solution aims to ensure reliable claim processing, scalability, and compliance with regional business and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements using standard templates or tools.
- Creating a unified approach to the description of integrations for all the company departments.
- Developing functional specifications and user stories based on business requirements.
- Identifying gaps in existing systems & processes and providing recommendations for platform/process improvement.
- Liaising with stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and project managers to resolve issues or conflicts.
- Analyzing the interactions across applications/ systems to achieve the target process and document the interface specifications.
- Documenting business processes, workflows & user stories.
- Coordinating with technical teams to ensure that requirements are implemented correctly and meet stakeholder expectations.
- Working closely with the Engineering teams in translating business requirements to functional and technical design.
- Involving in System Testing or processes to ensure that they meet business requirements.
- Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge base of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to business analysis.
Must-haves:
- Experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of delivering successful IT projects in the insurance or related industry, for 3+ years.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
- Jira Experience is preferable.
