What you’ll do:

• Develop 2D/3D playable ads for mobile game marketing using provided scripts and assets

• Optimize assets, code, and visuals to ensure smooth performance

• Collaborate on improving pipelines and workflows within the playable ads team

What you need to succeed:

• A portfolio with examples of playable ads you’ve developed (required)

• Willingness to complete a test assignment

• Strong JavaScript skills and hands-on experience with PixiJS and related libraries

• Solid understanding of asset optimization and the ability to provide clear technical guidance to animators

• Strong visual awareness and attention to detail

• Ability to follow technical requirements precisely and meet deadlines

• Genuine passion for games, from classic titles to modern releases

• Gaming experience on consoles, PC, or mobile platforms

• Broad cultural awareness across games, movies, TV series, comics, and YouTube content

Nice to have:

• Experience optimizing resources such as audio, graphics, and animations

• Familiarity with build tools (Webpack or similar)

• Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop

• Understanding of WebGL and experience working with shaders

• Experience with Blender 3D
