Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance on performance, employee relations, engagement, and retention.
Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation reviews, development, performance management, and offboarding.
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, retention, employee engagement, performance trends) and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure efficient hiring processes, workforce planning, and alignment with business needs.
Drive initiatives in employee engagement, motivation, and company culture tailored to the specifics of iGaming.
Advise leadership on compensation, promotion, and career path decisions based on business strategy and market benchmarks.
Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and industry-specific regulations (including multi-country operations, where applicable).
