Senior Contracts Specialist

Maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and tenderers

Update and maintain procurement information in departmental systems

Prepare reports in accordance with project and company standards

Conduct negotiations in line with company targets and procedures

Perform financial analysis of tender proposals

Provide clarifications on Contract Terms and Conditions to user departments

Coordinate discrepancies in contract documentation

Act as focal point for drafting contracts and procurement documentation

Review scope of work to ensure compliance with contractual requirements

Participate in tender process activities, including commercial proposal reviews

Higher education in Economics, Finance, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience as Contracts & Procurement Specialist

Pre-award tendering experience in Oil & Gas

Upper-Intermediate English

Permanent contract
