Product Manager

DEVXED is a product company. We are not a startup, we don’t have deadlines or burning projects. We provide an easy-going environment well suited for a thoughtful, steady work process.
Our current main product is a platform for e-commerce sellers (Amazon, Walmart, etc.). The project has multiple modules: high load inventory sync system, warehousing system, real-time pricing system for multiple platforms, affiliate module with an average of 2M daily requests, big data storage with history on over 10M products, applications for iOS and Android.

We are looking for a Product manager for to elevate our team. This position involves working in the office, allowing you to enjoy all the benefits of our workspace and direct collaboration with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a business segment as a Product Manager, taking full ownership of its performance;

• Conduct extensive customer and competitor research, identify user problems and product growth opportunities;

• Explore and facilitate adding new feature, from idea to test solution;

• Designing and conducting research to test hypotheses (surveys, interviews, experiments, A/B tests);

• Collaborate closely with designers, business analysts, developers, and QA to achieve product goals.

Requirements:

• 3 or more years of experience with international IT product management (SaaS, e-commerce is a strong plus);

• Product analytics skill (you know how to compile a report in GA4 or formulate a clear request for the analyst department);

• Keen eye for UX/UI principles (you can spot ways to make interfaces better and explain to the team why it matters);

• Technical skills, ability to communicate with software engineering teams with their language;

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills;

• English B2.
