Paloma365 is a leading developer of cloud solutions for business automation in Kazakhstan. We create SaaS products that help businesses manage sales, inventory, and personnel. In 2023, we launched PalomaPOS USA, adapted to the US market.

As part of our US product expansion, you will lead the Flutter development direction, manage and mentor the mobile team, and be responsible for code quality and application architecture.

You will take technical ownership of mobile development, collaborate with product, backend, and hardware teams, and contribute to scalability and long-term product stability.
