Citifuel is an international company with offices in the USA and Uzbekistan, operating in the fuel card and B2B sales market in the United States.
We are looking for a specialist who can turn the sales funnel and CRM into a revenue engine, not a reporting tool.
What you will do:
Increase pipeline-to-net-sales conversion by redesigning funnel stages, rules, and exit criteria in the CRM
Eliminate revenue leakage by identifying and fixing broken handoffs, dead stages, and false deal statuses
Reduce sales cycle time by enforcing simple, non-negotiable sales processes tied to measurable speed improvements
Turn CRM sales initiatives into real revenue-impacting changes by owning delivery, adoption, and outcome metrics
Diagnose weekly funnel performance drops and deploy corrective process changes within two weeks
Enforce adoption of updated sales processes by linking CRM compliance directly to performance visibility and control
Continuously simplify the CRM by removing low-impact fields, steps, and workflows that slow agents without improving conversion
What we expect:
Experience in Sales Operations, CRM optimization, Revenue Operations, or sales process management
Strong understanding of sales funnels, deal stages, and conversion metrics
Hands-on experience redesigning and scaling CRM processes
Data-driven mindset and strong analytical thinking
Ability to enforce standards and drive adoption across sales teams
