QA Analyst

The international IT сompany Andersen invites a QA Analyst to work on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and bug reports.
• Performing functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across web and/or mobile applications.
• Analyzing business and technical requirements to ensure test coverage and identify potential risks.
• Validating data flows, API responses, and system behavior using tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar.
• Collaborating with developers, analysts, and product teams to clarify requirements and support defect resolution.
• Participating in release validation and ensuring product quality before deployment.
• Reporting defects with clear reproduction steps and prioritizing issues based on impact.
• Supporting UAT and assisting stakeholders in quality-related questions.

Must-haves:

• Experience as a QA Analyst or Manual QA Engineer for 2,5+ years.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and defect lifecycle.
• Experience preparing and maintaining test documentation.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
• Ability to work with logs, analyze issues, and identify root causes at a basic technical level.
• Understanding of SQL and ability to perform simple queries for validation.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• English level – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
